The property is fenced, and cross fenced to provide smaller run-out pastures for the horses as well as a 4-acre turnout pasture for the geldings and 4 acres for the mares. Indoor arena is worked and watered daily, ideal footing for pole bending and barrel racing. The 30-acre property is a prime location, near open land (for trail riding), and only 10 minutes from the county fairgrounds and 3 miles off of the main highway (23/15).
